By purchasing and/or placing an order with Healthy Mingle, you agree to abide by the following Returns & Refunds Policy:

• Returns are accepted only if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing healthymingle1@gmail.com or calling +91-9588229648 with your order details and clear photos.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.

• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer / UPI (customer must provide details).

• If the error is ours, we cover return shipping. If the return is due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated delivery attempts, shipping charges will be deducted.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order can be placed once your refund is processed.

Note

• As per FSSAI regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used food products.

• Please check the “Best Before” date printed on every pack before use.

• Healthy Mingle reserves the right to decline a return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
